BigLib.org is an open-access digital library for archiving academic information. The library, which is under construction, will be online soon. BigLib.org will collect and archive different types of academic information including:
- Published works: journal papers, books, etc.
- Unpublished works: working papers, reviews, scholarly letter and communications, etc.
- Conference papers
- Student write-ups: undergraduate and graduate course work, essays, thesis, and dissertations
- Any other academic work done by students (undergraduate, graduate, post-graduate, postgraduate level and above)
Users can upload and archive most file types, except for executable files and program codes, in BigLib.org. Individual authors and creators do not pay to use this repository service. However, an charge for institutions is levied for repository hosting services.
